▪ RAG Workspace: a multi-tenant knowledge base where admins upload documents and each team's workspace stays fully isolated. Per-user chat history, role-based access, JWT auth.
▪ DashBot: an embeddable support chatbot that tracks the questions it can't answer and routes the tricky ones to a human, with a dashboard showing what users keep asking.
▪ InboxAI: email automation that reads incoming Gmail, classifies urgency with AI, and routes each message to Slack, Notion, or ClickUp so nothing important gets buried.
