Wasted my months implementing functionalities that shouldn't take more than 10 days. I gave him leverage to work with flexible time schedules, and ughhhh, poor backend, I must say a naive can do much better than what he did to my project. Repeated queries, that as I loaded my data into database, website crashed because of implementation of poor database queries.
One more thing, he doesn't even listen to the requirements, in meeting everything is okay okay, but when it's time for delivery of the requirement, it is hard to find whose requirement he has actually implemented.
