• All workflow steps will create a both a form and API (with optional data upload from a spreadsheet) so you can manually enter data or send it from another application.
• Call-outs to LLMs or external APIs can be added to any step as well.
• Every change to your documents are logged to an audit trail, making the solution ideal for compliant industries.
• See who changed what and when, along with a reason for the change. You can also export all changes for auditors or regulators.
• Notifications can be added to the workflow to notify users of things like approvals or state changes.
• For an additional fee, your documents can be sent via API, emailed, or otherwise delivered using the system of your choosing. We have the ability to automate any web-based system using a browser extension. In the past, clients have used these automations to automatically upload pdfs to regulators.

Document Architecture
We'll create workflow steps to capture data points for your document. We can do this quickly enough that it can be done over a screen share.
Document Design
We'll use the forms and APIs from the architecture phase to create a document to your specifications (using a sample document or wireframe you provided). We'll can have a few rounds of edits here to make sure it's to your spec.
