Freshdesk to Zendesk Migration Expert Needed when working together on the initial spec together, I suggested some edits and Muhammad pushed back and said "I must admit that I can't prepare a better document. In other words, I am an expert in configuring, customizing and implementing CRMs and customer support system. Preparing these kind of documents is not my forte"

Looking for Intercomm expert for optimizing our Intercom setup Did not deliver on the project and we still paid money. We provided a powerpoint with visual expectations and workflow processes and the Upworker delivered something that looked nothing like what we asked. In fact, we ended up in a worse place than before as he added our helpdesk to the messenger which was not supposed to be there.
