Unable to provide a review of his work as this contract was abruptly ended. However, he seems to know what he’s doing.
Davy may have lured me into an hourly contract as against fixed cost which ended up with him completing less than 10% of the total job for the total cost and time estimate he had provided before contract initiation.
Unfortunately, we had to close this out.
