Joao did a great job on our contract. He was very reliable and knowledgeable. He did all of the backend that dealt with SQL, C#, Web API, AWS, and more. I was able to depend on him to build out the whole project. He was the main developer, QA, and also handled deployments into production as well. He is able to communicate well in English and understand requirements and build the project to specification.
