This project did not go as expected. The freelancer switched team members mid-project without prior notice, requested multiple pricing adjustments, and key deliverables were still not completed. Communication required repeated clarification, and the work left my store incomplete at a time-sensitive moment. I appreciate the effort, but the project needed more consistency, accuracy, and reliable follow-through.
