Working with Ivan was memorable as he exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of time, as he met all the deadlines smoothly. It's clear that he has very good tech skills and communication, as he flawlessly understood our needs and didn't shy away from any challenges or questions. At one point, I asked for an additional task that was out of the contract scope and he was very proactive and open-minded about it, going the extra mile to make sure we achieved all our milestones. Currently, we concluded our contract with Ivan temporarily, as we are sure we will be hiring him for future frontend work.
