Most small e-commerce and service businesses already have real demand. What they don't have is a system connecting that event, a form fill, a Shopify order, an inbound lead, to a real-time alert someone can actually act on. The lead sits in an inbox. The order sits in a dashboard nobody's watching. By the time someone checks, the moment's gone. That's not a marketing problem, it's a plumbing problem, and it's what I fix using n8n.
What I do: lead-to-CRM and order/lead SMS and email alert automation, built in n8n. Flat setup fee $500 to $1,500 depending on complexity, with an optional $250 to $300 per month retainer for monitoring and expansion.
Proof this isn't theoretical:
- Built and run a live n8n workflow triggered by a real Shopify order-creation webhook, firing on an actual Shopify Payments processed sale, workflow ID and webhook on record. This was my own venture, not a client engagement, offered here as a working example of the exact pattern I sell: event fires, automation notifies.
- Run the same pattern in production for my own studio, an active lead alert workflow confirmed running correctly in a recent internal review. My own infrastructure, not a client deliverable, but proof the pattern holds up day to day, not just in a demo.
- Built a full custom Shopify store for a client, a Food Network champion baker's membership site, QA verified at zero errors across every page with real desktop and mobile screenshots on file.
- Built a Next.js booking automation engine for an unmanned golf simulator venue, with 43 passing automated tests covering double booking prevention, idempotency, and timezone handling.
Also still available: website design and redesign, Shopify store builds and theme work, landing pages, and a $50, 30 minute website teardown consult. My original service line, still fully offered, just not the headline anymore.
