Here is what I have built as sole architect and developer.
An AI scheduling SaaS currently live with paying customers. FastAPI
backend on Supabase with full Stripe billing, React frontend with
interactive Gantt visualization, and an Azure OpenAI pipeline that
converts raw project scope documents into fully dependency-mapped
schedules. What used to take a planning team 2 to 3 weeks happens
in minutes. Multi-tenant RBAC, JWKS JWT auth, deployed on Render.
An enterprise eDiscovery platform that is SOC 2 certified and runs
across AWS, Azure, and GCP. FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery,
Apache Solr, and Qdrant with hybrid RAG retrieval. Seven LLM
providers unified behind one interface. Fifty domain modules. This
is the type of system law firms pay $500K per year to access from
commercial vendors. I built it from scratch.
A full hospital operations SaaS for pediatric clinics. FastAPI,
PostgreSQL, Redis, React TypeScript. The encounter engine creates
7 entity types inside a single ACID transaction. Invoice sequencing
uses pessimistic row locking so numbers are always sequential under
concurrent billing load. Five role tiers across 60 protected routes.
A workflow that used to take 15 minutes at the front desk now takes
under 30 seconds.
A fully serverless retail collaboration platform on AWS. Twenty plus
Lambda functions with 3 shared internal Python packages distributed
via CodeArtifact. A LangChain AI agent with 6 integrated tools
embedded inside a real-time chat interface. Notification fan-out
across 6 channels from a single pipeline. Differential CI/CD across
4 environments so only the functions that changed get redeployed.
An AI sales automation engine that replaced a 2 person SDR team.
The system pulls real Gmail conversation history, injects it into
GPT prompts, generates context-aware follow-up emails, and threads
them back into the original conversation via RFC822 headers. Reply
detection resets the sequence automatically. Over 1000 Pipedrive
deals processed every minute during business hours with no human in
the loop.
A full-stack e-commerce operations platform that collapsed 6
separate tools into one system and cut daily operational overhead
from 3 hours to 30 minutes. Multi-source order ingestion, automated
SMS lifecycle, dual Kanban CRM with cross-entity SQL deduplication
running every 5 minutes, one-click USPS batch processing.
For clients I build full-stack SaaS MVPs with FastAPI or Node
backend, React or Next.js frontend, Supabase or PostgreSQL, Stripe
billing, and CI/CD deployment. Complete products with no handoffs.
I build AI and LLM integrations that go beyond calling an API. RAG
pipelines, LangChain agents with custom tools, OpenAI and Azure
OpenAI, vector search with Qdrant or FAISS, document processing
pipelines, GPT-powered workflows that eliminate manual processes.
I build Python backends with multi-tenant RBAC, Celery task queues,
Redis, WebSocket delivery, SAML SSO, and JWT auth. Production
concerns are the default, not an upgrade.
