If you have a SaaS idea and need someone to actually build the first real version, this is the full job, not a prototype you'll have to throw away. I'm a senior engineer and I'll build it solo, so you talk to the person writing the code.
The spine of this is Synqo, a multi-tenant workforce SaaS I built end to end on my own: real auth, role-based access from worker up to HR, Postgres row-level security keeping each company's data sealed off, Stripe billing, and dashboards that update in real time. The payments and integration plumbing here is the same kind I shipped in published marketplace apps, so that part is well-worn ground for me.
I work in milestones held in Upwork escrow, so you release money for work you can already see running on a live URL. Before anything starts I'll pin down what "a workflow" means for your product in plain terms, because that single word is where most quotes quietly disagree.
