ShimServices is a full-stack, on-demand home and professional service booking platform that connects customers with verified service providers. The platform streamlines the entire service lifecycle — from discovery and scheduling to secure payments and performance tracking — through an intuitive, role-based web application.
Customer Module: Users can browse and book diverse services like plumbing, electrical repair, cleaning, and gardening. They can track bookings by status (Pending, Scheduled, Completed), make payments via Razorpay or cash, rate completed services, and report issues.
Service Provider Module: Providers register with details such as experience, availability, and bank info. They can view local job requests, accept or decline services, manage work history, generate bills, and track monthly earnings.
Admin Module: The admin dashboard offers end-to-end business control with real-time analytics on sales, revenue, and user growth. Admins manage services, monitor reports, oversee transactions, and handle provider payments and invoices efficiently.
