On the architecture side: schematic design, design development, full drawing sets (plans, sections, elevations), 3D renderings, and permit packages. Projects include a 40+ storey transit-oriented tower at 2-4 Union Street, the Glen Avy Tower, and the built Kingsway mid-rise.
On the tech side: cinematic scroll-scrub websites (frame-by-frame video animation as you scroll), custom GSAP-animated landing pages, AI workflow automations using the Claude API, and desktop apps with Tauri. I also built Project Atlas a custom macOS project management tool I use to run my architectural projects.
I don't do templates, page builders, or generic outputs. Every deliverable is custom, production-quality, and actually looks good.
