I gave Emmanuel a difficult task and he told me repeatedly he could solve it, but with each revision it seemed we were further a further from the desired result. By the end of the project, Emmanuel and changed the tool into one that required a web server, which from the beginning was expressly stated as unacceptable. He did this without communicating to me. I spent more than I had wanted, got less than I expected, and now have to hire another developer to solve the remaining issues. Al l in all, it was a waste of time and money.
