This project is a production PCI quality, multi-merchant Gift and Loyalty Card transaction processing server. It is in production at another client and can be easily modified to your specifications. It supports remote devices as well as web-based actions.
Gift Card Functions: Sell Card, Redeem Value, Split Tender, Balance Inquiry, Top Up, Return, Void
Loyalty Card Functions: Issue Card, Record Sale, Return, Balance Inquiry, Issue Coupon, Issue Prize, Issue Reward, Void
Reports include: outstanding balances, daily summary, daily detail
Loyalty analysis include: customer ranking, comparing ranking between last year and now, and RFM analysis
The system is built around PCI level security with full encryption and full logging.
The system offers extensive management functions where how gift cards and how loyalty rewards, prizes, and coupons can all be controlled, reported, and managed.

Over the last year, I reworked multiple e-commerce sites for a client, cleaning up many bugs, redesigning the codebase to support multiple groups on a single site, and finding and solving several ways that fraud had happened on those sites.
Previously, I took over an Oil and Gas Investment database that was not working. I got it working again and added several functions making the team far more productive and better able to find the customers they need.
In the last few years, I designed and built a debit processing web server that is being rolled out to 100's of stores.
I designed and built my own Gift and Loyalty card processing system that has been sold to several clients. Since I own the IP, it is available for customization. It supports web as well as mobile and POS terminal interactions.
Together with another person, we redesigned the business processes for a payroll forms processing company where we redesigned the database, rebuilt the desktop application, designed and built a remote web site that allows people to fill in the forms in the field and upload to their database, and certified a new communications channel with the state. This has cut the human work load significantly so that the company is able to go out and get new business without expanding headcount.
I designed and built the interface between a POS system (Aloha) and an accounting system designed for amusement parks (Core) so that they could use their own gift cards at that amusement park.
I have written numerous credit and debit applications and certified them with the various processors.
Many of these were done in C# and against SQL Server or SQL Azure. I've worked with AngularJS.
Yes, other people will test out better on the technical details of any language. Other people will design prettier user interfaces. I build systems that work. They work under load. They work in multi-threaded / parallel processing environments. They work in hostile environments where hackers are trying to steal data. I write simple code that solves complex problems - simple and documented code that other people can pick up, read, understand, and modify. I write reusable code for libraries and reusable systems that can help multiple clients.
