Web App Developer using Next.js or React.js
Roman was good at the start - however, near the end the freelancer made a few choices that removed any sense of trust. Additionally, there was a massive mistake that the freelancer blamed on bad communication - which was arguably not the case, and in fact we were working on a document generation project, where essentially the freelancer created a document that had MASSIVE spaces between paragraphs (we're talking 10+ lines of space), and was confused when we said it didn't look right, as the freelancer thought it looked fine. Additionally, this was a 40hr/ week position, and I noticed at one point he got another full time position. I don't typically leave a review lower than 5/5, but unfortunately many negatives added up in this case.

I always got updates from him, he always made commits so I could test the changes. He joined the call with a camera, which also testifies to his good communication skills.
