Shopify Theme and Licensing System Development
We’ve worked with developers on Upwork for years, and we truly dislike leaving negative reviews. As an agency ourselves, we understand that things don’t always go perfectly. However, this experience was incredibly frustrating.
While the team was punctual and quick to respond, they consistently failed to address any of our concerns. The entire engagement felt transactional, focused solely on moving to the next milestone and requesting more payments rather than ensuring a high-quality, user-friendly end product. Despite raising multiple concerns about quality, user experience, and collaboration, they never once reassured us that they were the right partner or showed any genuine care for our project.
The work delivered was rushed, lacked proper QA, and did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we’ve wasted both time and money on this project and had to terminate the contract. This was not the level of expertise, guidance, or partnership we had hoped for.
