I have developed tools for companies and businesses to measure their GHG emissions in Excel and as a web application. The carbon footprint tools are in accordance with the globally acknowledged framework "GHG Protocol". The calculator takes into account the all scopes of emissions;
Scope-1 Emissions: Direct emissions such as fuel burnt, refrigerants leackage, company owned vehicles
Scope-2 Emissions: Indirect emissions such as from electricity, heating.
Scope-3 Emissions: Indirect emissions such as upstream and downstream emissions.
The tool gives different unit options that makes it easy to input the required information. The databases used in the calculator are DEFRA, IPCC, US EPA, GLEC, MfE, EXIOBASE, and local grid factors.
