Communication was smooth, and he responded quickly whenever we needed clarification. Overall, the work delivered has real value for our operation.
However, since this was a $100 project, I expected a bit more proactive guidance and clearer direction on the best practices. The job was completed, but some parts required me to ask extra questions or push for more detail. I believe Timi can easily reach a higher professional level with just a bit more initiative and structure in the process.
Still, I’m satisfied with the overall result and would consider working with him again on future email marketing tasks.
