A UX audit is a great tool to uncover problems in your website/app, identify areas for improvement, and ultimately enhance conversion. A UX audit is typically conducted on existing apps and websites, providing your team with actionable insights and recommendations on what is working well, what isnt working, and where improvements can be made.
As for me, I have been a product designer for over 8 years. I hold a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University. I've worked in Silicon Valley for many years at various tech companies, bringing with me extensive knowledge of how to build impactful product experiences.

I will setup a call to understand your project needs, outline timelines, and gather assets from you. Please bring any link, documents, or analytics that you think will be helpful during the project.
Draft 1 or Final deliverable
Depending on the package, you will either get the final summary report or a draft for you to provide feedback. I will then take the feedback and revise the report.
