This is a web-based application that holds the information of the church members. The main feature of it is it notifies the birthday of the individual on the home page. As well as it provides the form interface to add, update or remove the members. It also has the feature to generate and download a pdf list of members whose birth date falls in the selected date range.
Although it is for the church or ministry oriented but not limited to only the spiritual domain.
