Definition of product and sprint backlog creation
This step is crucial; I start understanding the project and prepare a proper sprint backlog so everything can be tracked using agile tools, I prefer to go with Azure DevOps Board or Taiga.
Sprint planning meeting
Based on the prepared backlog, we will define sprint (Maximum 9 days, and it, of course, depends on your project lengthiness). We will start prioritizing the backlog tickets to produce the minimum viable product at the end of the sprint.
