I am Alex Arhontoulis, founder of Apex Solved, an SMB automation studio. I have run the full spectrum of automation, from Make and n8n to Microsoft Copilot, and I deliberately narrowed to the stack that survives production: Claude Code for the build and orchestration layer, and ElevenLabs for real-voice AI. That is the whole point of specializing. I stopped shuffling tools so I could go deep on the ones that consistently earn their keep once the novelty wears off.
I do not resell software, and I do not hand over a clever prototype and disappear. I ship the working system, and I talk about it the way an owner does: revenue captured, hours returned, dollars replaced, and how fast it goes live.
Here is what that looks like in the field. Five systems, all deployed and running for clients right now:
1. Content Automation Engine. One input, a few questions a week or month, and it produces and repurposes finished content across every platform plus automated newsletters. Hands off.
2. Apex Voice. An inbox assistant that learns the owner's writing voice from their own email, then triages, drafts, sends, reviews, and analyzes, with morning and evening briefs so nothing slips.
3. QuickBooks Auto-Categorizer. Categorizes transactions for clean reporting, emails the owner only for what it cannot confidently place, and never modifies or deletes anything.
4. Off-Road Buying Experience. A guided build-and-status experience with a real AI assistant that walks customers to the right build, not a canned FAQ.
5. After-Hours Voice Bot. An ElevenLabs real-voice AI that answers calls for HVAC and plumbing when the office is closed and books the work, so jobs stop leaking to voicemail.
These are not a fixed menu of products. Each one is a custom bot wired into a single system (I call it the hive) that keeps getting smarter as more of a business runs through it. I build the component your business actually needs, and I build it to compound.
MY STACK
I stay on the frontier and use whatever gets the best result, testing new models the week they ship. What I build with right now:

- Infrastructure: Netlify and Vercel serverless functions, webhooks, and scheduled jobs

I take on a limited number of engagements at a time, because production work done right is not a volume game.
