Redesign website and replace images with video backgrounds
The freelancer clearly misrepresented their skills and level of expertise.
They demonstrated a complete lack of basic professional knowledge — to the point of being unable to perform extremely simple tasks, such as increasing or decreasing font size.
This is not a matter of differing expectations; it is a fundamental absence of competence. The work was not delivered, and no usable result was provided.
I consider this behavior unprofessional and misleading. Based on the outcome, I am requesting a full refund.
