What I have built was an affiliate program that automates the signups, tracks the referred leads stats in a monthly format, and logs the referred conversions into a Google Spreadsheet along with other metrics like unique identifier, date of conversion, site hits, last page before bounce, affiliate id, sub affiliate or campaign name, original referring page, and other details. A custom affiliate offer page is written by myself along with your input. Affiliates receive their tracking URL immediately and also by email by way of Zapier or your mail sender. Since its a long sales cycle affiliate program you will manually use the Google Sheet to attribute sales closings, dollar amount, and notes. You can then send out your affiliate commissions manually and mark off in the sheet that the payment has been made.

John's work was excellent, and he was very responsive. Unfortunately, something changed when I paused the contract for a couple of weeks, which is my standard practice when I cannot focus on a project. When I restarted the contract, he did not respond. I allowed ample time and made several attempts to contact him. It was out of character, and I became concerned about his well-being, thinking he might have had a mishap. I still wonder why he refused to reply rather than just letting me know he didn't wish to continue, and is the reason for my less-than-5-star rating.

Will setup your an app on Google Sheets to interact as a basis for app.
The Google Sheet application with automatically create affiliates' promotional URL so that they can push referrals your direction and receive credit for when you provide credit for a sale. This Google Sheet will receive conversion data thru forms.
Will hook up modify your contact form on your website for tracking
The form will be modified with webhook to update Google Sheets to attribute the conversion to the referrer. This will later be used sale is logged. I'm also available for advanced integration if you'd like something that exceeds the current system.
