Google Forms Automation + Simple Event Website for Elementary School ($150 Budget)
I hired Iftikhar for what was supposed to be a simple Google Forms setup and a one page event website for our school. He genuinely delivered far more than I expected. He built a smart AI automation on n8n that handles our parent volunteer sign-ups from start to finish. It sorts responses. It sends auto-replies. It keeps our Google Sheets clean and organized without anyone in the office having to manage it manually.
What really impressed me was how thoughtful he was about the small details. He didn't just build what I asked for. He understood how our team actually works day to day and shaped the AI workflow around that. Our front office is saving several hours a week now and everything just runs on its own.
His communication was excellent the whole way through. Quick replies. Clear updates. He finished ahead of schedule. If you're looking for someone reliable for AI automation AI agents LLM based workflows or full stack web work I'd hire Iftikhar again in a heartbeat. Already planning to bring him back for a few bigger projects at the school.

Python dev needed to build an AI agent + n8n automation system
This is the second engagement I've run with Iftikhar, and the decision to bring him back was straightforward.
The first build delivered on scope, on time, and held up in production. What made the difference wasn't the code quality alone, it was that he operated like a stakeholder rather than a contractor. He pushed back where assumptions were weak, surfaced edge cases we hadn't scoped, and made architectural calls that aligned with how the business actually runs.
Communication is direct and low-overhead. Risks get flagged early. Trade-offs are presented with context, not deflected.
For anyone evaluating him on technical depth, that's a given. The harder thing to find is an engineer who thinks commercially while building, and that's the part worth hiring for.

Need a Slack Bot That Answers Questions From Our Internal Docs (RAG + GPT-4o)
Needed a RAG Slack bot over ~90 internal docs (Google Drive + Notion) using GPT-4o and Pinecone. Iftikhar delivered in 3 days on a 7-day deadline. Team actually uses it, which is the only thing that matters with internal tools. Code was handoff-ready, README explained every library choice, and he flagged a scope issue that would've failed at scale instead of just building what I asked. Will hire again for phase 2 when we're ready to expand it.
