Businesses still read invoices, orders and receipts by hand and retype them into spreadsheets. I build AI pipelines that extract structured data from invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipts, PDFs and emails, then push it to Google Sheets, a database, CSV or Shopify. I pull supplier names, invoice numbers, dates, line items, SKUs, quantities, prices and totals, with a human review screen before anything is final. The hard part is reliability and validation, which is exactly what I build.
