I will build an AI-powered daily field report tool that turns messy field inputs into clean, reviewable reports.
Your team will be able to upload voice notes, site photos, text notes, inspection comments, and basic project details. The system will organize that information into structured daily reports with sections like work completed, manpower, deliveries, delays, safety notes, issues, punch items, and photo evidence.
The goal is not to replace field judgment, but to reduce the manual reporting burden. Superintendents, inspectors, or project managers can quickly review the AI-generated draft, edit anything needed, assign issues or punch items, and export a polished PDF report.
Depending on the package, the system can also include issue categories, assignees, statuses, searchable report history, dashboard views, PDF/Excel exports, and an integration path with tools like Procore, Google Drive, CRM, ERP, or your existing project system.
