You will get AI Pilot Build — 3-4 week proof-of-concept agentic integration

Project details
• RAG pipelines for structured retrieval against your operational documents
• Automated write-back into operating systems via API or Playwright
• Intelligent dashboards for cross-system signal
Stack: Python, FastAPI, Claude or Gemini (depending on the workload), Supabase Realtime, Playwright. Designed to either ship as-is or hand cleanly to your engineering team for production hardening.
What this is for: Operators who've identified the AI opportunity and want to validate it with working code before committing to a full build. Founders who need a senior solo builder for a focused first piece.
What this is not: A six-week R&D project that produces a notebook. An open-ended contract that drifts in scope. A "Hello World" demo dressed as a pilot.

About Tom
AI integration for SMEs with workflow problems
What I deliver:
AI Foundation Days — One-day on-site diagnostic for operators who want to know where AI actually pays back in their business. You get a prioritised, cost-effort-payback-ranked roadmap within 7 days. No theory, no jargon, no 80-slide decks. Built for owner-operators and GMs who need to make a decision.
AI Integration Audits — A focused two-week review of your existing operational stack (PMS, POS, CRM, booking, member systems) with a build-or-buy recommendation on every AI integration opportunity surfaced.
AI Pilot Builds — Three-to-four week proof-of-concept builds where I architect and ship a working AI integration against one of your real operational problems. Agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, automated write-back into operating systems, intelligent dashboards. End-to-end delivery, deployed and handed over.
Why operators hire me specifically:
I'm currently building SYNQ — an AI orchestration platform with a live operational pilot, SEIS/EIS Advance Assurance, and venture studio backing (Tin Ventures / IIC VS cohort). The platform runs a tri-agent system across operational systems with autonomous write-back. I've architected and coded the entire stack myself in Python, FastAPI, Supabase, Vertex AI/Gemini, and Playwright. So when I recommend an integration, I've usually already built something like it.
Before that I founded AMARI — a UKRI-funded applied-neuroscience platform — and I've shipped four other live AI products (Orbit, RightRate, Obvio, and the SYNQ platform itself) across consumer and B2B categories. I move fast in Lovable, Antigravity, Claude, Cursor, and v0 for rapid prototyping, and go code-native for production systems.
What I won't do:
AI strategy decks with no implementation path
Generic "ChatGPT for your business" engagements
Long-term retainers without a clearly scoped first deliverable
How I work:
Most engagements start with a 30-minute call. If we're a fit, we'll usually run a Foundation Day or scoped audit before any longer commitment, so both sides know exactly what we're building toward. UK-based, UK and European clients primary, US clients welcome (evening calls available).
If you've started asking what AI actually does for your business — not in theory, in your business — let's talk.
Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Tom can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Tom receives requirements from you.
Tom works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Kickoff call & pilot scope locked
Within 24 hours of purchase, we get on a call to lock the scope. The pilot only works if we agree precisely what working code you want in your hands at end of week 4. Sandbox access, system credentials, the operational point-of-contact all confirmed.
Architecture & spike
Week 1 is architecture and a working spike — proving the riskiest technical assumption first. By end of week 1, you see something running against your real data, even if rough. This catches integration problems early, when they're cheap to fix.
