Discovery
First we meet and I ask what's your motivation behind the app. What you are trying to accomplish. This gives me a clear idea on what to build.
Design
In the POC product this phase is done at the same time with Step 3. For mature MVPs we start with UI design first. Then move to build. In this phase I'll prepare you a UI design. If you won't like it I'll adjust.
