This system automatically reads incoming resumes from your email in PDF, Word, or text format, compares each candidate against your job description, and generates a detailed screening report covering strengths, weaknesses, risk and reward factors, and an overall fit score from 0 to 10. Candidate details and scores are automatically logged into a Google Sheet for your hiring team to review.
