• Athlete readiness scores based on training load, sleep, and recovery metrics
• Injury risk flags before symptoms appear (pattern-based, not reactive)
• Performance trend analysis: who is peaking, who needs rest, who is regressing
• Squad-level aggregate views for coaches and individual drill-downs for each athlete
• Automated weekly reports generated by AI, not by an analyst
Tech stack I work with: Python data pipelines, Streamlit or Metabase for viz, Supabase or BigQuery for storage, LLM summarization layer for coach-readable insights.
Built this for a multi-sport academy managing 200+ athletes across 4 disciplines. The injury risk module flagged 3 athletes 2 weeks before they reported pain.
