I used to spend entire days doing what a workflow could do in 5 minutes, copying data between apps by hand, updating CRMs one record at a time, chasing leads through messy spreadsheets, and sending the same email to fifty different people one by one. That kind of work doesn't just waste time; it quietly drains a business. One night, staring at another pile of repetitive tasks, I realized this wasn't actually work. It was a problem waiting for a system. So I went and learned to build that system.
That decision led me to Make com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, and a long list of CRM and API tools. The first time I watched a workflow run end-to-end, pulling in a lead, updating the CRM, sending a personalized follow-up, logging the result, no human touching anything, something clicked. That's the actual unlock: not "automation" as a buzzword, but business processes that simply run on their own, correctly, every time.
Since then, this has been my core focus.

What I actually do:
I design and build automation systems that fit how a business really operates, not generic templates pulled from a tutorial. Every workflow I build is meant to survive contact with real-world mess, bad data, edge cases, sudden volume spikes, because a workflow that only works in the demo isn't a workflow, it's a liability waiting to surface later.

Core tools I work with daily:
Make com, Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, Pabbly Connect, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Monday com, Softr

What I built:
End-to-end automation workflows: Multi-step, cross-platform systems that connect the tools you already use, so data moves automatically instead of being copied by hand.
CRM setup, cleanup, and migration: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, getting your CRM structured properly, deduplicated, and migrated cleanly when you're switching platforms.
Lead generation and nurturing automation: Routing leads the moment they come in, scoring them, and triggering the right follow-up sequence without anyone manually checking a form tray.
API integrations and webhook setups: Connecting platforms that don't talk to each other natively, so your tools function as one system instead of five disconnected ones.
Airtable + Softr systems: Internal tools, client portals, and lightweight databases built fast and built to last, without custom software overhead.
Automated reporting and real-time notifications: Dashboards and alerts that update themselves, so you're not manually pulling numbers together every week.
Python scripts for light automation: Where a no-code tool hits its limit, I write small scripts to bridge the gap rather than forcing a workaround that breaks later.
Workflow debugging and integration repair: If something built by someone else (or built in a rush) is breaking or behaving inconsistently, I find the actual failure point and fix it properly.

How I actually work:
Before I build anything, I map out the real process of what triggers it, what depends on what, where it's likely to break, and what the business actually needs versus what just looks impressive in a portfolio. Then I built the smallest, most stable system that solves the problem. Not the most complex one. The one that keeps working six months from now without anyone needing to babysit it.
I'm upfront if automation isn't the right fix for what you're describing. Some problems need a process change, not a workflow. I'd rather tell you that early than build something you don't need.
If your current setup is duct-taped together three tools that sort of talk to each other, a CRM nobody trusts, and reports someone manually compiles every Friday, that's exactly the kind of mess I like solving.

Tell me what you're dealing with, and I'll tell you honestly how I'd approach it.
