1. Concept & Hook: I start with the brief and write a strong opening hook designed to stop the scroll in the first 2 to 3 seconds, with direct response structure (hook, problem, solution, CTA).
2. AI Video Generation: I use Kling, Runway, Veo 3, Higgsfield, Sora, Pika and other top AI tools depending on the shot type, with a focus on character and brand consistency across scenes.
3. AI Image & Start Frames: Midjourney, Flux, and Nano Banana for reference images and consistent characters and products.
4. Voice & Lip Sync: ElevenLabs for natural, non robotic voiceover; HeyGen and lip sync tools for realistic avatar delivery.
5. Editing & Assembly: Final cut in CapCut or Premiere Pro: pacing, captions, motion text, sound design, and platform specific formatting (9:16, native captions, trending audio).
6. Quality Control: I review every generation for AI artifacts, off brand visuals, and anything that reads as "obviously AI" before delivery. The goal is content that feels native to the feed, not generated.
