Bhavesh could have been more honest with us and let us know that he was not the one going to work on our project. Our project was passed onto a team of people who don't speak English very well and he basically acted like a translator. They did not understand the project and we kept having to explain the concept over and over. The system continually gave issues and they did not take responsibility and still asked for more money. They surpassed the deadline by a lot. We needed to hire another developer to fix the issues and he called the coding garbage. He basically said that if he fixes one thing another goes wrong which is what we were experiencing constantly with bhavesh team. Much of the code was static and they knew it would have caused issues in the long run. To pay this much and still have a system that is giving issues after issues is just unfair and we basically feel like we were cheated.
