This project provides tailored customised insights, customer lifetime value predictions and product recommendations for customers. Whenever we input any data about a customer in this tool, the output information can be used as leads which help the Sales teams to have relevant conversations with customers resulting in maximum revenue generation.
The data is mainly customer demographics, investments, transactions and enquiries.
1. We use customer data to generate insights in Natural language using LLMs
2. Machine learning models are created to identify the propensity of customer to purchase each product and the product with highest propensity is shared as Next best recommendation
3. We predict the potential investment by the customer which helps us estimate the lifetime Value of the customer. This information helps prioritise customer connects.
The tool will run in python/visual studio code. The Machine learning models will be created and saved to make predictions. The output recommendations can be provided in Flask API or even as excel files that can be uploaded to systems like salesforce.
