You will get an AI architecture and workflow review: where AI fits and what to optimize

Project details
I figure out where AI fits in your product and how to add it. I look at three things: your current system and code, including any AI you already run; the workflows you run today, to find where AI helps and where it doesn't; and the workflows you want to build next. You get a writeup: where to add AI, what to do first, and the approach. No code gets written here.
Two kinds of teams buy this: the ones trying to figure out where AI fits, and the ones who bolted AI on and it isn't quite working.
What you get:
Focused Review (3 days, no call): a pass over your code and one key workflow; a writeup of where AI fits and the quick wins.
Full Review (7 days, 2 calls): a full review of your system and workflows, current and planned; what to optimize, cost included if that's the pain; a prioritized roadmap.
Full Review + Roadmap (14 days, 3 calls): everything above, plus model and stack picks, a cost plan with numbers, build-vs-buy notes, an exec summary, and two weeks of follow-up.
Background: I built a writing tool that hit 500K+ users (before the OpenAI API existed) and a voice platform under 300ms for enterprise clients. Cut AI infra spend 3x when cost was the issue. NDA on request.

Ai Consultant for legal tech platform review
Hire him before someone else does. We brought Vedansh in for a 1-hour review of our contract analysis pipeline, and got more out of that hour than from the last three consultants we'd paid combined. He was sharp on the long-context problem we'd been arguing about for weeks, gave us a clean answer on chunking vs. hierarchical retrieval, and pointed out a model choice that was quietly costing us 2x. Written summary at the end was tight and we were already actioning it the next morning. Will be back for v2.

Strategy review for open-source Loom alternative (AI fractional CTO, 1-2 hrs)
Vedansh unblocked us in under 1.5 hours. We'd been going back and forth on our transcription pipeline for weeks, and he walked us through the tradeoffs in 30 minutes flat, flagged two issues with how we were indexing videos for search, and left us with a concrete 60-day plan.
Hired him for a one-off review of our open-source Loom alternative. Honestly the most useful consulting hour we've spent this year. Will definitely hire him again for the next phase.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Vedansh can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Vedansh receives requirements from you.
Vedansh works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Kickoff
I go through your walkthrough, your code and your workflows, and we agree on what to focus on and the questions you most want answered.
Review
I review your current system and any AI you already run, then your workflows, current and planned. I note where AI fits and where it doesn't as I go.
