You will get an assistant trained on your own docs and tickets

Project details
Most teams have the same dozen questions answered in five different places, plus one person who keeps re-answering them in Slack. This replaces that. I build an assistant that reads your actual material — documentation, support tickets, a Notion workspace, a Drive folder, your website — and answers from it, with a link back to the exact source on every reply, so nobody has to take the answer on faith.
It won't invent something to sound helpful. When it doesn't know, it says so, and it keeps a running list of the questions it couldn't answer — which is usually exactly where the holes in your own documentation are.
The tiers scale with how much you feed it: a single source and web chat at the entry level, up to unlimited sources that stay in sync as your material changes, deployed on your domain, reachable from Slack, and aware of who's allowed to see what. The retrieval setup underneath — vector search, current embedding models, citations wired through — is the same one my own products run on. Point me at where your answers live today and I'll show you what it surfaces before you commit.

About Lawrence
Independent Engineering Studio | Websites, Software, Agent Systems
Scarsdale, United States - 8:43 pm local time
I'm a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Data Cloud Consultant, and I run a live SaaS product at oncallchat.ai: a multi-channel agent platform with real Stripe billing, voice, and six integrated channels. The unglamorous parts are already solved there — authentication, webhooks, deliverability, multi-tenant data, and escalation logic — I bring working patterns to your project instead of figuring them out on your budget.
What I can show:
Custom websites for service businesses — law firms, dental practices, restaurants, fitness studios, B2B SaaS, and e-commerce
Lead intake automation — forms scored, routed, and synced to any CRM
Multi-channel agent systems across web, SMS, WhatsApp, voice, and iMessage
Stripe subscription billing with customer portal, dunning, and tiered entitlements
Cold email infrastructure that protects your domain instead of burning it
If your website isn't earning its place, a workflow needs rebuilding from the ground up, or you have a front-end waiting on the wiring behind it — tell me what you're trying to ship and I'll tell you how I'd build it.
