I will build an AI-assisted construction takeoff copilot that helps estimators turn plan sheets into reviewable quantity drafts with scale checks, sheet references, confidence flags, and Excel/PDF exports.
This is not positioned as a black-box “AI estimator.” The tool is designed around how real estimators work: upload plans, confirm scale, generate draft quantities, review overlays, edit line items, approve/reject results, and export a clean takeoff package.
