B2B Workflow-Automation: Invoicing, Dunning & Order Processing (PlentyOne / Python / API)
Abi built a comprehensive B2B workflow automation system for our client in the supplements/wholesale industry. The project required integrating with the PlentyOne/Plentymarkets REST API to automate three core business processes: automated invoicing, a multi-stage dunning system, and batch invoice generation for recurring B2B customers.

After the initial briefing, she dove into the PlentyOne API documentation on her own, figured out the data structures, and came back with smart solutions including edge cases I hadn't even thought of. The dunning logic in particular had several tricky conditions around payment terms and customer segments, and she handled all of it cleanly.
