I will build an AI-powered lead generation and CRM automation system that captures leads from sources like Apollo, LinkedIn, CSV files, forms, or your existing database, then cleans, scores, enriches, and pushes them into your CRM automatically. The system can use GPT-4o to qualify leads based on intent, company fit, role, industry, source, and custom rules. It can also detect duplicates, assign lead statuses, move qualified leads into the correct CRM pipeline stage, and draft personalized outreach emails for each lead. The workflow can be built using n8n or Make and connected with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, email, and other tools. This helps sales teams reduce manual lead work, respond faster to hot prospects, and keep their CRM clean, organized, and sales-ready.
