I build custom AI-powered manuscript compliance checkers for medical research teams, journals, and specialty publishers. This is not a generic PDF chatbot. The workflow is designed for pre-submission QA of clinical research manuscripts, using structured guideline retrieval, study-type-aware logic, and review-ready output.
A sample implementation is a European Urology-style manuscript checker that accepts a manuscript PDF, extracts the text, analyzes figure and table pages, classifies the study type, retrieves relevant reporting guidance from a knowledge base, and produces a structured report with blocking issues, important but fixable issues, and minor suggestions.
