I will build a custom AI-powered PDF invoice extraction tool using Python and OpenAI. The tool will read invoice PDFs from a folder, extract key fields such as supplier name, invoice number, invoice date, currency, subtotal, VAT, and total, then export the results into a clean Excel or CSV report.

The workflow can include a **New Invoices** folder for invoices waiting to be processed and a **Processed invoices** folder where completed invoices are moved after extraction. I can also add review flags for uncertain results, so you know which invoices should be checked manually.
