→ Voice-to-quote system: contractor records a voice note on a job site, sends it via WhatsApp. System transcribes with Whisper, feeds to Claude, generates a branded PDF quote, and delivers it back via WhatsApp. No typing, no computer, no delay.
→ AI review generation engine: after a completed job, system sends an SMS to the customer, has a short natural conversation to capture their experience, drafts a full 5-star Google review for them, and sends the Google link. Customer copies and pastes. Shop gets the review without awkwardly asking in person.
→ Full CRM + operations dashboard: built for a field service business: job tracking, crew assignment, financial reporting (revenue vs. costs, profit margins), direct photo upload from mobile, and automated workflows triggered on job status changes.
