- Complete backend for a SME retail business. The helps the client track sales, purchases, inventory, currency conversion for cross-country transactions, do automatic invoicing, finances and accounting, and HR management. This has helped the client save more than 10 hours every month.

- Advertising Media Planner for Media Planner and Buyers. This allows the client to easily allocate budget across many different categories from platforms to funnels, objectives, ad types and more. It can also help you calculate an estimation of the ad's performance based on budget allocated, create reports and charts for the budget allocations and performance indicators. The best part is that this system is reusable and customizable based on the different needs of different ad campaigns. This turned what was usually a 1-2 week job into a half-day job, with minimal risks of mistakes as the total budget allocated is always maintained correctly and in balance through formulas and checks.

- Financial and accounting system. This workspace helped the client forecast and plan future payables and receivables so that they are always aware of upcoming payments and can ensure they have enough money in the bank to pay those bills. This workspace also has a Claims function where employees can easily file claims and these will automatically connect with the overall transaction record. You can easily do end of year accounts with this as it keep tracks of taxable income, taxable expenses, expense and income categories, and also keeps a running balance of your funds in various accounts. This workspace has helped the client save more than a week of time every year when compiling and balancing the accounts for tax submission.

- A project and task management system for a creative agency, with recurring tasks, and task and timeline dependencies. Inclusive of automations to notify people of upcoming and overdue tasks via in-app notifications, emails and messages. Automatic sorting of tasks and its statuses based on date and other factors. This has helped everyone in the team keep on track with their tasks and deliverables. It also allows the manager to have an overview of all tasks and assign tasks easily based on the employee's availability while ensuring that no one is over-subscribed across multiple projects.
