Kishan is a great work partner with solid work ethic and communication skills.
He's completed two contracts for me now using backend JavaScript (NodeJs, ES6) and his work product has been near perfection.
Once you give him a clear set of rules, he clarifies that he understands, and then follows them without much deviation. The only exception is that sometimes he takes initiative to fix issues that he recognizes and you didn't, which is an obvious plus.
As long as you communicate your expectations clearly and give him concrete deadlines, he'll work with you to get the job done on time and the way you want it to be done.

Working with Meet has been a wonderful experience. On top of being polite, he takes feedback very seriously and strives to do the best in order to create the work product you're looking for. I had him building API endpoints and creating unit tests by following a guide that I had written up for the project. On the first try, he got it about 80% right, and by the third try, he was already up to 95% accuracy.
Since the first few weeks of the project where we communicated over voice, I've only had to message him on UpWork through the other 3 months of the project because I know I can entrust him to write clean, clear code that follows the style I set out from the beginning.
