I have built a model for ETark Social (a Microsoft - partnered venture) that analyses any consumer complaints against any product/service in 60 milliseconds. This was done in 2020 way before large language models such as ChatGPT and others came in the market.
I specialise in building causal models. I have built a mathematical model that identifies the true reason behind any phenomenon without requiring any domain expertise. The same was successfully applied to a global automobile manufacturer as a precursor for their subsequent prediction models in credit risk which resulted in a reduction in the hitherto error factors by a margin of 1000. Causal models are an ongoing area of research currently in the world and have the potential to produce data-independent models which can perform in any data environment
