Project details

**Scope of Work:**
1. **Server Preparation:**
- Provision a clean Linux server (Ubuntu 22.04).
- Ensure the server meets the minimum hardware requirements (4 GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, and sufficient storage).
- Configure DNS settings for the domain, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.

2. **Installation and Configuration:**
- Install and configure Postal SMTP server along with its dependencies (e.g., Ruby, MySQL, RabbitMQ).
- Configure TLS for secure email delivery using a valid SSL certificate.
- Set up SMTP ports (e.g., 587) and enable authentication for outgoing emails.

3. **Domain and DNS Setup:**
- Configure DNS records for the domain to ensure proper email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Verify domain ownership and DNS settings.

4. **Testing and Validation:**
- Test email sending and receiving functionality using the Postal interface.
- Validate DKIM, SPF, and DMARC settings to ensure proper email authentication.
- Verify TLS encryption for outgoing emails.
