Agency Needs a Senior WordPress Developer/Designer
Working with Berkay has been disappointing. His reported schedule did not align with reality, resulting in a complete disregard for deadlines. Repeatedly having to prompt for updates was exhausting and made project management a challenge.
Despite presenting himself as an expert, Berkay constantly needed guidance and feedback. Tasks, which he should have been able to execute autonomously, were marred by mistakes only rectified after my intervention. A significant gap between his self-presentation and actual performance was evident, making our professional collaboration unproductive.

Expert WordPress/WooCommerce Developer (Long-Term)
I regret to say that my experience working with Berkay has not met my expectations. The lack of quality control in his work was noticeable, as I consistently found myself pointing out errors that could have been avoided with proper review. This was a significant concern for me.
Moreover, the timeline management was highly unsatisfactory. Tasks that should have been completed promptly took an inordinate amount of time, which consequently led to missed deadlines. A more rigorous time management approach could have averted this issue.
Furthermore, communication with Berkay was more challenging than I would have preferred. He often disappeared for days without sending updates or giving any indication of the project's progress. This lack of communication undermined our work rhythm and became a significant obstacle to effective collaboration.
I had hoped for a more conscientious, communicative, and efficient professional relationship, but, unfortunately, that was not the case in this instance.
