Consult & build for website connected with Airtable
We hired this team to build a vendor management platform in Bubble with Airtable integration. The project did not meet professional standards and we terminated the contract.
Core Issues:
• Zero technical documentation provided despite repeated requests
• Significant performance problems and unresolved Bubble deployment errors
• Exceeded original estimate without proactive communication about overruns
• Unable to provide basic project management deliverables: testing checklists, cost breakdowns, or clear scope of remaining work
• Consistently vague responses to specific technical questions
• Preferred calls over written specifications, avoiding documentation
Partial Bubble front-end with basic Airtable API connections was delivered. Some functional elements but incomplete features and no user manuals.
After pausing the project for weeks, they still could not provide an itemized accounting of hours spent or a clear plan for completion. This made it impossible to evaluate costs or path forward.
Not recommended for complex builds requiring project management rigor, transparent cost tracking, technical documentation, or professional handoff materials.
